I am 5 months pregnant and a habitual back and stomach sleeper. Sleeping on my side hurts my shoulders and I find or very hard to stay asleep. This pillow has not only relieved my shoulder pain but helped me get comfortable enough to sleep through the night. I am very satisfied with this product.
