It took my husband and stepfather 3 hours to put this toghether - same problem with the drawers that everyone else is having - however, once together is is OUTSTANDING - very good quailty for the money - appears durable - nice design and beautiful - I would order it again -m compared to others online buying this unit saved us b/t 2-3 hundred dollars for sure.
3.00 rating Handsome, but needs updated instructions to reflect new construction By Lynchburg, VA
January 26, 2013
We were impressed with another BabyAge product, the Saratoga crib, and thought that the Charlotte Combo Changing Table would be a nice addition. It comes in a warm cherry veneer and is quite solid in construction. However, construction is a difficult process to work through, as the manufacturing has apparently changed without updated instructions to go with them. (We had the same problem with the crib.) Hanging the cabinet door proves to be a challenge since the provided diagram is too tiny to be of much use. Our package did not include the bolts for the eight handles for drawers and the cabinet. Thankfully, customer service is excellent and they are sending the missing bolts right away. (They also helped with new instructions for the crib.) Once completed, it really is handsome and sturdy and will make a nice accompaniment to the rest of our baby furniture. I'm hoping they update their instructions soon to facilitate construction later!
3.00 rating Decent wood construction. Terrible drawer slides By chonn

Have had this dresser for 3 years. The wood is nice and it is fairly well made but the drawer slides are worthless.
5.00 rating In love By k

I was 9 months pregnant when this finally arrived and I was so excited I had to put it together right away. All pre-drilled holes matched up perfectly. Don't know about the carpenter below who struggled to put it together but I did it no problem all by myself!! Looks wonderful in baby's room. Very happy with purchase.
3.00 rating Beautiful t hard to assemble By Kelly

My husband had a hard time putting this together having mentioned that many of the predrilled holes were off. It looks great but be prepared to spend some time on the set up.
3.00 rating Great looking but ... By Karrieann13

Love the looks of the dresser and is good quality wood, but pilot hole did not match up resulting in the drawers not closing all the way. Also the cabinet door is not flush when it closes which is disappointing to say the least. My husband had to re drill pilot holes to get to close all the way. For the money we should not have to drill plot holes. had high hopes because we loved the looks. Also had to call and get 2 replacement parts.
4.00 rating Beautiful Finished Product By Kelly

So happy to have this dresser finally put together. Constructing the drawers is just a nightmare. Use an electronic screwdriver to secure hard to reach corners. Yes, the finished product looks amazing -- but it's a trying 4 hour project. Totally worth it in the end.
4.00 rating Beautiful dresser, difficult to put together! By Casie
April 25, 2011
It took my husband (a carpenter and construction guy) almost 4 hours to get this dresser together. There were pre-drilled holes that did not match up, and a few scuffs on the wood but nothing a little black marker wouldn't touch up. It is a beautiful dresser so I don't want to steer you away, but it takes a lot of elbow grease to really get this thing in shape. The drawers slide easily and it is a very sturdy and heavy dresser, but some things are a little off center because the holes didn't match up perfectly. I would definitely suggest having someone "carpenter" saavy help you put this together because there's no way I could've done this without my husband and I've put tons of furniture together!
But now that it's done, I love it! :)
