Peg Perego Triplette Stroller By

Best stroller all around to manage triplets. It is very easy to use, assemble / dis-assemble and maneuver. Allows you independence to manage without your companion if required.

Great Stroller if you don't need strong basket

I bought the Aria Twin 5 months ago and have been very happy with it. My 3 year old is getting too big for it now so my next purchase for my 9 month old will be a Pliko P3. Peg Perego is the best brand of stroller I've used and I wouldn't buy anything else. The Aria Twin is very easy to open and close and fits in the truck of my car with room to spare for groceries. The only downfall to this stroller is that the basket may drag on uneven surfaces if you're carrying items in it, even if they're not that heavy.
4th ones a charm! so gorgeous and so light! By

We have 10 month old twins, and we've been through 3 strollers leading up to this purchase... WISH I'D DONE IT WAYYYY SOONER! WE HAVE THIS INCREDIBLE 2006 ARIA TWIN! But you get what you pay for here! Not only is it stunningly gorgeous, but it's LIGHT LIGHT LIGHT! 16 pounds or so without kids! WOOHOO! I am a little gal and I can pick it up with one hand NO PROBLEM! The seats recline to ALMOST laying down, which would work perfectly for even the tiniest babies. It fits easily into the back of my suv, steers like a dream, super simple to open and close, neat little snack trays for babies, HUGE storage basket underneath... and did I mention that it is GORGEOUS! I am VERY impressed... I only wish I'd bought it 1st instead of 4th! And now I have this sleek, easy to use, LIGHT, perfect stroller! BRAVO PEG PEREGO! You have earned a customer for life with me!
Terrific Triplet Transportation! 3 Thumbs up! By

We bought a previously owned Peg Perego Triplette stroller from another MOM on a triplet support site when I was around 15 weeks pregnant. My trio are now almost 2 yrs old and this stroller is still going strong. When trying to decide which triple stroller to buy, we found that the Peg Perego consistently had very good reviews. We have found ourselves, that this stroller is indestructible and additionally it has very good resale value, which is great, since money is always tight when you have multiples! Even though my children are almost 2, they still have plenty of room in the stroller seats. The seats recline if they want to nap, and the sun canopies are each removable, as are the seat covers (which is very important when you have 3 hungry toddlers devouring french fries, ice cream, etc from within this stroller). The stroller is rather long and heavy but I feel that is to be expected when you are dealing with a stroller built for 3. Once you get hang of it, it is not difficult to push or manuever. The triplette stroller does not fold up but instead has to be taken apart to fit in the back of the minivan. I don't know that it would fit in the standard car trunk although I am guessing that most families with multiples are in need of a minivan anyways. Once you have taken it apart and put it back together a few times, it is easy to do and can be done rather quickly. I have found that it is almost impossible to push this stroller while carrying a cup. And unfortunately the stroller does not have a cup holder. However we were able to buy a cup holder for around $5 which just snaps on to the stroller handle and that has worked very well for us. My only other complaint is that the stroller's storage basket is rather shallow. My large diaper bag does not fit there. If you are only using the basket for small shopping bags or for jackets, it is just fine. Overall I think this stroller is a great value. The frame is strong and the wheels are large and heavy. I have used it on grass, gravel, concrete, as well as at the mall, with no problems. I would highly recommend it!
Another GREAT Peg Perego product!! (Review of the SWIVEL wheeled version) By

The stroller is easy to assemble and disassemble, takes maybe 5 minutes TOPS to do it. The G-matic seats just click into place on the three positioned plates on the chassis, and removal is by pushing two buttons on either side of the arms of the actual seating units and lifting up. You can also use instead of the actual stroller seat, Peg Perego's G-matic infant carseats! This does take up a lot of room to store and transport and at 60" long (yes, that's 5 foot!) it does take a bit of room to turn. This can also be used as a double stroller with LOTS of room. You can position it as a double with both seats facing mom, both seats facing out, or the seats facing each other. As a triple, all three seats can either face mom, or face out...not in combination as the foot rests and bumper bars would collide. This has a HUGE basket underneath, the BEST out of ANY Peg Perego stroller on the market. And possibly the best out of any TRIPLE on the market! Each seat is covered in the typical Peg Perego fabric. Up until 2003 the Triplette was only available in the Chesapeake pattern (navy/white), however in 2003 they also added Black Sable (black/grey/white). The Chesapeake seat fabric is hand wash only. (bummer) On MY stroller, the previous owner had altered the harnesses to make them each a 3pt harness, though these can be replaced with the standard factory issued 5pt harnesses from Peg Perego for about $25/seat. Each seat also has a full hood with a zip out panel for air movement, while still being able to be positioned in any position. Each seat also has a removable bumper bar, and a multi-position(2) footrest and has 3 positions of recline. The newer models also come standard with a boot for each seat to make them enclosed. The seats also have a netting at the bottom so that when they are fully reclined you can attach the mesh to the bumper bar to create a fully enclosed seat for infants that they can't slide/wiggle out of.
Awesome Stroller, UNBEATABLE QUALITY! CADILLAC OF ALL TRIPLET STROLLERS! By

For safety, quality, and comfort, you can't beat it! Although it is more expensive than most brands, it is truly worth it--you definitely get what you paid for. The wheel suspension allow a smooth and comfortable ride. My favorite feature is the fact that you can face the seats toward you; this helps you to have more control over strangers trying to reach in and touch the babies, and you can keep a constant eye on the little ones.
Great stroller! By

I have bought several strollers over the years especially as my needs have changed. I love lightweight umbrella type strollers as they fit the needs of my lifestyle, but I always miss features like cupholders, a snack tray, etc. This stroller has the both of best worlds. I read all the complaints about this stroller. I have to admit I was a little hesitant about purchasing it. My only advice is to take your time putting it together--make sure you put the wheels and cupholder on right. I have not had any problems with steering, cup holder popping off, etc. Great stroller!
Best baby item I own! By

This is the greatest invention on earth, the fold up is so easy and and the stroller is light. It takes up 1/2 the trunk space than my sisters plastic bulky Graco. It feels like a quality stroller and is! We say it is like the BMW of strollers, compact, well made, quality, built for function and to last. It IS NOT HARD TO FOLD AND UNFOLD as another reviewer said. Even Grandma can do it just fine! You attach the cup holder yourself, so if it is too close to the handle then you can move it. The storage sapce is limited, but you can hang on the handles. FYI: BUY THE SNACK TRAY!
Containment at it's finest! By
January 1, 2004
We bought this stroller just after the birth of our third daughter. At the time our other 2 daughters were 1 and 2 years old. This stroller made many trips to the mall, zoo, parks, etc. And was a lifesaver because our oldest was a wanderer and our third was rather heavy! The Triplette is designed to be comfortable for any age up to about 45 pounds. The seats can be reversed to all face backwards. All seats have 3 positions, as well as adjustable feet rests. Canopies for each individual seat are great for the park or zoo. Removable front seat bars make it easy for the bigger child to get in and out. The unique seat belt is easier to use than most and prevent you from "forgetting" to use the between the legs portion of the seat belt. This stroller has large wheels than go well on most surfaces. The only disadvantages to this stroller are it's size and weight distribution of children. This stroller is very long and does not turn on a dime! To transport the Triplette you either have to have a very large cargo area or take the seats off and fold the frame down. Even folded down it takes up the whole cargo area of a Ford Aerostar and Plymouth Grand Voyager. The other problem you might experience is if you have 3 "stair step" children, you will probably want the youngest in the back closest to you, and the oldest up front so they can have the best view and it is easiest for them to get in and out. But with this set up you are likely to experience tipping. The heaviest child in the front and the littlest in the back can be a problem, especially if the front child is "bouncy"! There is a storage basket underneath the current models so you have a place for the diaper bag and purchases. Even with it's "problems" this is a great stroller! I could not have gotten by without it!
