Works well for 4yo child. We got it for grandchild and have only had him in it once. He says its soft and feels good. He fell asleep and it kept his head and neck in comfortable positions. The cup holders and snack holders work great for his little toys. We chose the chair because of other reviews, price, size, weight, and comfort. Very pleased with purchase and service.

I love the seat, my daugther loves it. We are often on the go so a seat with a lot of padding was a must and this one is perfect! My only concern is it needs a little more padding around the head rest.
