Eddie Bauer

Eddie Bauer Booster Seat is good. By
September 24, 2009
Product is true to how it looks in picture as far as color, texture of material, appearance of size and heftiness, etc. It's a light car seat. Bought for my grandbaby so they will install but looks easy enough to do so. The seat in my car does not have the raisable arms so on this seat that is a nice touch. Pleased with the product though.

Looks good, both with and without the fabric cover. VERY stable, too.
Better than we expected!!! By

Although it is a larger than I thougt it would be, it is absolutely gorgeous! The whole family loves it. The baby won't be here until September but we feel the baby will be very secure in it. It is very spacious and stylish. Any parent or baby would love it!!!!
Nice travel system - highly recomended By
January 1, 2004
I got this Eddie Bauer Travel system from Baby R Us in December 2003 for $200 USD. Pros: well built, sturdy, big storage basket, good paddings, multi-recline positions, big wheels with suspensions on all wheels, stroller is folded in a upright position, so you don't have to bend down to pick it up. Stroller has locking mechanisms when folded or unfoled. Cons: stroller alone weights 23 lbs (little heavy!). Stroller folded dimension: 24' x 37' x 18'. Make sure you have enough space in your car trunk. Overall: Highly recommended this travel system. I am happy with it. Tips: To unfold this system can be tricky, here is the tip. Use one hand to push the baby tray toward (to loosen up the locking mechanism) and use the other hand to press on the release button (red button) on the handling bar to unfold the stroller. Update: After 1-year of using this travel system, my wife and I are still happy with it. It is a well-built system.
Great playard - sturdy and attractive By

We love this playard. It's been through two babies and the only negative thing I have to say is that it's a bit heavy. It has been all over the country, set up and down so many times I can do it in my sleep. We have not had any of the problems that many people are mentioning in their reviews. Not sure if I just got lucky though.
Great infant and toddler seat, but terrible booster By
January 1, 2004
We have tried a million seats, even the Roundabout, but this was our pick of the litter. We used infant car seat until our son was 5 months old and was close to meeting the height and weight restrictions. This seat fit him good and properly installed rear facing. When he was around 13 months old moved him to forward facing position. Proper installation became even easier, and still fit him great. He is now 3 years old, and 35 pounds and this seat is still going strong. The only problem, and a big problem as far as I am concerned is the terrible safety ratings this seat received as a booster from Consumer Reports. The seatbelt guides on the upper portion of the seat do not allow for proper movement of the shoulder belt. I have tried every seat out there, I really have. The Alpha Omega/Eddie Bauer 3 in 1 is definitely my pick for infant/ toddler. Booster suggestions Britax StarRiser Comfy and Groco Turbo Booster. Many years pass (rather quickly I might add) from the time your child is an infant until ready for a booster - think about all the new products that will come out in the mean time.
We love this! By

Way lighter than other travel systems, enough room in the storage area in stroller for everything. It is so easy to use.
We have this seat and it has been wonderful By

We have this car seat, it was a gift... it is great!!! Our daughter has gone for many a car ride in comfort and safety.... some people think its a bit heavier but for safetys sake i would rather have it be heavy than cheap lightweight plastic...

I'm not due until October but I already bought this and I love it!
They thought of everything! By
January 1, 2004
My son fell asleep every time we put him in the car. When he outgrew his carrier, we went with this model and loved it! I found it very easy to use and could reach back from the front seat and recline him (when in the forward position) with no trouble! I would never consider anything that didn't have the 5 point harness system and while it does take an extra minute to buckle them in, it's well worth it for the protection. Removing the cover for washing is a breeze so cleaning is easy. He has moved on now to the booster seat which doesn't have as many features..we sure miss that recline option!
