User Review for Arm's Reach Mini Convertible Co-Sleeper
The mini co-sleeper convertible is the perfect size, the color looked exactly like it did online (we ordered the cocoa/natural) and I think it will work perfectly for when our little guy arrives. I had found babyage.com by chance I am so glad I did! Not only were they offering this co-sleeper for about $37 less than other websites (even the arms reach website), but shipping was free for this item where I would have paid $33 at the Arms Reach website. Babyage.com saved us $70 on this purchase; THANK YOU Babyage! On top of the savings, I ordered the co-sleeper and an extra sheet on Thursday night and it was at our front door before 10 am on Saturday...less than 48 hours to receive our items!
User Review for Arm's Reach Original Co-Sleeper Bassinet
I LOVE this item, but you have to get the leg extensions from Arm's Reach if you have a high bed. Ours is very tall, and the first few days home from the hospital we did not have the leg extensions. I forgot to order them in my baby brain state. Without the extensions, it did not work well at all. I had a C section, so I could not move well. I could not lift our baby out of the cosleeper because it was too low and I didn't have the stomach muscles to lift my upper body back up once I leaned over. So, to get the baby, I had to get out of bed & pick him up, and once he was asleep, I had to get back up to put him down, usually waking him in the process. Five days after we got home, we got the extensions in the mail, and that made all the difference. My husband said he didn't see how it would help, but he quickly noticed the difference. Now I can comfort my son without getting up, & he quickly goes back to sleep.
User Review for Arm's Reach Mini Co-Sleeper Bassinet
Ever since I saw this, I wanted one. I loved the idea of having my baby right next to me without actually being in our bed. She was close for night time feedings and I didn't have to get out of bed to peak at her or comfort her. Then it turned out that our baby had sleep apnea and had to be on a monitor for six months. Having her within reach was literally a lifesaver for those times when the monitor wasn't enough to rouse her to breathe. She's 15 months old now, but the Co-Sleeper is in storage, waiting for our next child.
User Review for Arm's Reach Mini Co-Sleeper Bassinet
This is such a great buy. It looks good and is very sturdy, great color too. It is NOT easy to take down or even to convert from a bassinet to a co-sleeper and the directions do not specify how to do it. After about 40 minutes I figured out that you need to push on the buttons and LIFT the bar at the same time in order for it to colapse, not push down on it. Highly recommend.
