I was so happy to find this lovely crib set. It is said that babies like high contrast black and white colors early on. I also liked it because I was tired of seeing so many pastels and typical baby patterns everywhere. We have it in our son's room with other black things for accents and it looks fabulous. I have gotten multiple compliments on it. Quality wise, the fitted sheet does feel a bit stiff. I wish it had an extra fitted sheet. I ordered extra all black ones for extras. Crib bumbers are not recommended for infants anymore but this one is very thin and would not pose any risks as I see it. I kept it off originally, but my son's legs kept going through the crib rails so I put it on and it has been fine. Overall, a beautiful set.

this crib set is beautiful however if you are looking for a soft sheet set, this is not for you. the fabric is rather scratchy and hasn't softened a bit even after 4 washes.
